If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the OAuth App.

Access and Permissions: By using the OAuth App, you grant VIZTECH access to certain permissions as required for the functionality of the application, including but not limited to access to your Google account and Google Sheets. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the authentication process and to promptly update any information that may change.
2. Authorized Use: You agree to use the OAuth App solely for its intended purpose, which is to facilitate the interaction between Google Sheets and other authorized services, such as Amazon. You may not use the OAuth App for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to unauthorized access to data or interference with the functionality of the application.

Ownership: The OAuth App and all related content, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, and documentation, are the property of VIZTECH and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the OAuth App without prior written consent from VIZTECH.
1. Use at Your Own Risk: The OAuth App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. VIZTECH makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the functionality, reliability, or availability of the OAuth App.
1. Exclusion of Damages: In no event shall VIZTECH be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the OAuth App.

Defense of Claims: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VIZTECH and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the OAuth App or any violation of these Terms.
1. Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
